Where we get personal information from:

CCTV footage or other recordings
received in person or on the phone whilst enquiring about our services.
How long we keep information
CCTV footage is automatically erased after 30 days unless the video is stored for security purposes and will remained held until any investigation is completed. It will then be deleted once we have no further use for it. Names and contact details will again only be stored if we have a genuine need to store them (if you become a customer for example) but would be deleted or destroyed after 30 days if we have no need for them.

We have no real need to share your information with anyone, security and privacy is of our upmost concern at The Car Barn. If we ever had a need we would ask for you permission before proceeding with any sharing of information.
